2. Your student account
Create an account and log in before purchasing. Use an email you control, keep details accurate and protect your password. Access is personal to the named student. Account sharing, resale and bypassing access controls are prohibited. Report suspected unauthorized use.
These terms govern course services together with the offer and refund policy. You must have legal capacity to purchase; a parent or guardian must act where required. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children under 13. Creating an account is free and does not purchase or reserve a course.
3. Course and early-bird delivery
BLDC Motor Control: Hardware, PCB Design & STM32 is an online digital course. At launch, modules 1 through 5 include 63 lessons totaling approximately 13 hours 42 minutes, including 10 STM32 register-level labs. English audio and English captions are included for all 63 launch lessons. The remaining project lessons are scheduled for November 15, 2026, bringing the full course to about 20 hours. Both releases are included in the early-bird purchase at no additional course fee.
Lifetime access: your one-time purchase gives you access to this course with no fixed expiry date and no recurring renewal fee. It includes later lessons and updates included in this course’s purchased offer, not separately sold courses. Completing the course or taking a break does not end access. A full refund ends the refunded course entitlement; the acceptable-use conditions below still apply.
The second release covers modules 6 through 8: EasyEDA schematic and PCB practice, board bring-up, motor-control firmware and PI speed-control labs. The early-bird offer has no announced end date. The current price is shown before payment. The second release is due on November 15, 2026. Material delays or failure to provide a promised part are addressed under the refund policy and applicable protections.
The first release includes two downloadable lecture PDFs totaling 409 pages: 276 pages of circuit and motor-control material and 133 pages of STM32 material. It also includes an archive of the same eight STM32 examples already offered through Free Downloads. With the second release, additional notes will bring the full PDF collection to 500+ pages; motor-control source code, a bill of materials (BOM), schematics, PCB Gerber files and a JLCPCB fabrication guide will also be provided. These later files are not part of the currently prepared launch package. Video streaming and captions are separate from downloadable resources.
Hardware, kits, shipping, software subscriptions and other third-party purchases are excluded unless expressly listed. Review equipment, software and prerequisites before purchasing. Additional-language audio is not promised unless listed in your offer.
4. Price, payment and access
The early-bird price is USD245; the regular price is USD350, excluding applicable taxes. Checkout shows the course price, applicable tax and final total before payment. The course price and tax are collected together in one payment, not in a separate later charge. This is a one-time purchase, not an automatically renewing subscription.
For purchases paid through PayPal, Inside Embedded is the seller and PayPal processes the payment. Enter your current billing address and country of residence. We may ask you to correct inconsistent location information before accepting payment. PayPal availability and payment options depend on your location and account.
Where Paddle processes the purchase as authorized reseller and merchant of record, Paddle is the transaction seller and issues the payment receipt under its Buyer Terms. Inside Embedded provides content and course support. The checkout and payment receipt identify the seller for your purchase.
Course access begins after confirmed payment and availability of the purchased release. Abandoned or failed payments do not grant access. Report paid-but-missing access with your account email and order reference.
5. Content and project files
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to lifetime access to the purchased course as described above. You may study lessons and use examples for your own learning and internal experimentation. Do not redistribute paid videos, captions, PDFs or archives, share credentials or playback tokens, resell course content or circumvent controls.
A separate license accompanying code or project files takes priority for those files, including any commercial-use permission. Third-party tools, libraries and resources have their own licenses. Learning a technique does not transfer ownership of teaching materials. Ask before distributing supplied designs or using them commercially if no appropriate license is included.
6. Downloads and refunds
Our voluntary full refund requires a request within 7 days, viewing progress strictly below 5%, and no paid-material downloads. Downloading any paid course material ends that voluntary change-of-mind eligibility. The Refund Policy defines measurement, exceptions, failed delivery and the request process. Mandatory rights and applicable Paddle protections prevail.
7. Practical work and support
Course examples are educational, not certified product designs or a guarantee of fitness for an application. Motors, power electronics and rotating machinery can cause injury or damage. Use appropriate competence, supervision, current limiting, isolation, protective equipment and manufacturer instructions. Validate designs before use; do not use an unverified course example in a safety-critical application.
Support covers account/access problems and reasonable course clarification, not private engineering consulting, certification or equipment supply. We do not guarantee employment, qualifications or commercial outcomes. We aim to acknowledge support requests within 2 business days.
8. Acceptable use and changes
Do not attack the service, scrape paid content, infringe rights, harass users or submit unlawful material. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address substantiated misuse or security risk, explaining the reason and providing a support route where practicable.
Maintenance or outages may interrupt service. Report persistent problems for restoration or an applicable remedy. Later policy changes will not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Material changes affecting purchased access will be communicated.
9. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes account, payment-reference, viewing and download records. Usage evidence supports manual review, not an automatic final refund rejection. Registration is not marketing consent.
10. Responsibility and disputes
Contact us so we can investigate course problems. This does not prevent contact with Paddle, a regulator, consumer body or payment provider, or exercise of a statutory remedy. No term excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Korean law governs the course-service agreement to the extent permitted, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or access to courts available under the law of their habitual residence. Paddle’s transaction relationship is governed separately by its terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to the extent lawful.
