Version 14 October 2026 · Course service.
Who is responsible
인사이드 임베디드 (Inside Embedded), represented by 이지훈 (Jihoon Lee), operates this learning site. Business registration: 226-14-92827. Address: 서울특별시 영등포구 여의대방로43다길 17, 103호(신길동), Republic of Korea. Contact polezero0@gmail.com for account, privacy or records requests.
Account, orders and learning records
We store your account identifier, email, registration date and protected password representation, not a readable password. We use these for sign-in, access, support and necessary communications. Purchases create order, billing and payment-reference records. Payment credentials are entered through the payment provider; never email card details or passwords.
For checkout and tax records, we keep your billing country and address, address confirmation, order tax amounts and available payment references. A local GeoIP lookup may provide an approximate connection country for comparison with billing details. An unavailable lookup is recorded as unavailable, not as a match. Location differences may require correction or support review; a location estimate does not prove residence. We do not send your IP address to an additional remote geolocation service for this check.
This site includes GeoLite data created by MaxMind. The country database is stored and queried on our hosting server. It is not used to identify a household, individual or street address.
We store enrollment and progress. For refund review, we record the paid lessons and duration available at first playback and unique played intervals reported by the authenticated player. Repeated portions are not counted twice. Completion-button records are separate. Evidence can be incomplete or inaccurate and is open to correction and manual review.
Paid-material download evidence
When you confirm a paid-material download, we record your user ID, order/product/file identifiers, material name, authorized request time and download-notice version. This is separate from access permissions so regenerating a link does not erase the history. Native store/security logs may also include IP addresses, browser information and request times.
A request does not prove that saving the file completed. We consider reported failures and other evidence. No final refund decision is made solely by an automated score.
Purposes and email lists
We use information to perform the course agreement, authenticate access, deliver materials, provide support, prevent misuse, resolve disputes and meet accounting/legal obligations. Where a legal basis is required, we rely on contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate service-security/dispute interests where applicable, or consent for optional uses.
Authorized administrators can view and export the private student contact directory for account, order and course support. We do not sell the email list. Registration or purchase does not subscribe you to marketing. Promotional email requires a separate choice and an unsubscribe route.
Public course questions and saved carts
Members can submit pre-enrollment questions through WordPress comments. Questions are reviewed before publication. Approved question text, dates and instructor replies are public. The course question board displays “Member question” instead of your account name or email. Administrators can associate submissions with your account for moderation and support. Do not include personal contact details or order information in a public question.
WooCommerce saves signed-in members’ carts. Authorized administrators can view the cart items with the existing account email, last cart-change time and related paid-order status. We add activity timestamps and an order reference for this report; we do not create a second cart or a separate marketing list. A cart left unchanged for 24 hours is only an indicator that a purchase may be unfinished. It is not proof that you abandoned a purchase.
Additional cart-report metadata expires after 90 days and is removed on the site’s next cleanup run. Native cart, account and order records follow the store’s normal retention rules. Public questions remain until removed for moderation or a valid removal request. Saving a cart does not opt you into marketing. Optional cart and checkout reminders require a separate email choice. We record that choice, its date, source and wording. Each unfinished-purchase sequence sends no more than two reminders and stops after purchase, refund, course access or unsubscribe. Recovery sending is disabled during the pre-launch review. WordPress personal-data export and erasure tools include the additional cart-report metadata.
Lesson questions are stored with your account, the lesson, video timestamp and submission time. Approved questions and instructor replies are visible to enrolled students, not on the public course page. Instructors use the WordPress moderation tools to review and reply. Do not include personal contact or payment details in a lesson question.
Service providers
ChemiCloud hosts the site; WordPress, WooCommerce and LearnDash run its account/order/course functions. The European VAT Compliance Assistant plugin keeps tax reports within the store. Mux provides streaming. Brevo is the configured transactional email provider, and Gmail hosts our support mailbox. When you select PayPal, relevant billing, order and payment information is processed by PayPal under its privacy statement. Where Paddle processes a purchase, it acts as merchant of record under its own privacy notice.
Providers may process information outside your country, including the United States and other infrastructure locations. Only information relevant to the service, payment, support or legal requirement is shared. International-transfer safeguards and required notices or choices must be provided for the processing concerned. Contact us for information relevant to your account. See Paddle’s privacy notice and Mux’s privacy notice.
Email delivery records
Brevo delivers our emails and records delivery, bounce and complaint events. Our current email service also records email opens and link clicks through an image and redirected links. These signals can be affected by mail privacy features and automated scanners; they are not proof of course viewing, material downloads or purchases and are not used as refund evidence. Website analytics preferences control Google Analytics on this website, not email-service tracking. Contact polezero0@gmail.com with questions about your email records.
Cookies and technical information
To offer lesson resume, this browser can store the last playback position for up to 90 days, using an opaque key specific to your account and lesson. This functional preference stays in this browser and is separate from server-side progress and refund evidence. Clearing site storage removes it.
Necessary login, security and cart/session storage supports the service. The video infrastructure receives technical information to deliver playback. Our custom player disables optional Mux player tracking and cookies; this does not eliminate delivery logs. We automatically use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, free-resource download clicks, preview playback and account/cart/checkout/purchase events. Google Analytics uses first-party browser cookies, configured to expire after 180 days, and receives the technical information needed to process these events. Use Disable analytics at the bottom of the page to stop analytics on this browser; the opt-out is remembered for 180 days and does not affect purchases, downloads or learning. Previously saved opt-outs and supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals are respected. We remove account, email and download-token parameters from the addresses sent to Google, and do not send your email, address or account ID. Administrator and identified test activity is excluded. Google signals and ad personalization are disabled. We retain Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid and wbraid) to attribute visits and purchases to our ads. We link GA4 to our Google Ads account to share campaign performance and purchase conversion measurements; Analytics audiences are not shared for personalized advertising. Analytics may be incomplete; order records remain the record of purchases.
Retention and rights
Account/enrollment information is retained while needed for purchased access. Viewing and download evidence is normally retained during the access period and up to 12 months afterward, unless an open dispute or legal obligation requires longer. Order, tax and accounting records follow applicable legal retention requirements. Backups may retain copies until rotation.
Update your account or contact us to request access, correction, deletion or a copy, or to object or withdraw optional consent where applicable. We may verify account ownership without unnecessary identity documents. Deleting an account may end access; we will explain consequences and records we must keep. Local data-protection complaint rights remain available. We do not knowingly offer accounts to children under 13.
Material changes will be dated and communicated where required. Existing consumer and transaction rights are preserved.
Cookie-free site totals · updated 15 October 2026
To understand site use and improve navigation, we automatically count page views, course enrollment-button clicks, free preview playback and selected account/cart/checkout actions as hourly totals on this site. This counter creates no analytics cookie, visitor ID, fingerprint or individual browsing history. Its database contains only the hour, a fixed page category, a broad source category, an action category and a count; preview totals can include the fixed preview title. We do not include IP addresses, full URLs, names, emails, account IDs or order IDs in this counter, join it to customer records, or send it to Google or other analytics providers. Totals expire after 90 days. Our hosting service still receives the technical request information needed to serve and secure the site.
You can stop these optional totals using Disable analytics at the bottom of the page. We also respect a previously saved No thanks choice and supported Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. Your choice never affects course access or purchases. Google Analytics runs automatically as described above and uses analytics cookies; this separate local counter does not. A page view or button click is not proof of a unique visitor, successful download, or purchase.
