Course Refund Policy

Course refund policy · Version 12 October 2026. Enrollment is open. These conditions will be shown before purchases are accepted.

Our voluntary 7-day refund

A full change-of-mind refund requires all three conditions:

  1. Request within 7 days (168 hours) of the successful purchase.
  2. Course viewing progress strictly below 5%. Exactly 5% or more does not qualify.
  3. No downloads of paid course materials.

Downloading any paid course material ends eligibility for this voluntary refund, even within 7 days or below 5% progress. These limits do not remove mandatory consumer rights, remedies for non-delivery or defects, or applicable Paddle protections. If access was not supplied when promised, elapsed time does not defeat your non-delivery remedies.

How viewing progress is measured

Progress means unique duration played in the paid video lessons divided by the total duration of paid lessons available in your release when you first begin playback. Replaying a section does not count twice; seeking past a section does not count as watching it. We record the release list and duration at first playback. Later lessons do not retroactively change that baseline. Free previews are excluded.

This is separate from “Mark Complete”. Playback records support manual review; a completion click or missing, inconsistent or disputed telemetry is not conclusive proof. Contact us to correct an inaccurate record.

Paid-material downloads

Paid materials are files identified as included paid resources, such as project ZIPs, firmware/source archives, schematics, PCB files and course PDFs. The website shows the file name and refund condition and asks you to confirm before delivery.

Streaming video, displaying subtitles, reading policies, viewing free samples, downloading receipts and installing third-party software do not count. We record the authorized account, order, material, request time and notice acknowledgement. An authorized request alone does not prove delivery completed. Report failed or corrupted downloads so we can investigate before applying the restriction.

Defects, non-delivery and early-bird releases

Duplicate charges, persistent access failures, materially misdescribed content and failure to supply a substantial promised release are reviewed separately from changes of mind. We will resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy, including a full or partial refund where required. The ordinary time, progress and download limits do not eliminate those rights.

The offer distinguishes available lessons from later releases. A full refund ends access to the refunded course and its paid materials; unrelated valid purchases remain available. Separately purchased hardware follows its seller’s policy.

Paddle purchases and mandatory rights

Where Paddle is the seller on your checkout or receipt, its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy also apply. Mandatory protections and more favorable Paddle rights take priority over our voluntary conditions.

Paddle’s policy includes country-specific cancellation rights, digital-content exceptions and discretionary review. Its review of requests within 14 days is not a universal 14-day money-back guarantee. Our download acknowledgement is not a blanket waiver of statutory rights. Any required express consent for immediate digital supply is handled separately in the applicable checkout process.

How to request a refund

For purchases paid through PayPal, open My Account > Request a refund, select your order and reason, and submit the details. You can check the review status in the same place. You may also use the contact below. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method, including applicable tax on the refunded amount. Your PayPal transaction reference helps us locate the order. PayPal dispute rights are separate from our voluntary refund policy.

Email polezero0@gmail.com with your student email, order reference and course. Describe any access or download problem. Do not send passwords or full card details. You may also use your Paddle receipt’s support link or Paddle buyer support; contacting us first is not a condition of a statutory right.

We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Paddle processes its transaction refunds, normally to the original payment method, under its published timelines. Required monetary refunds are not replaced with store credit without agreement. You may request an explanation and correction of usage records if a request is declined. Lawful payment-dispute rights remain available.
